Ultra Finishing owner forms new group name

By KBBDaily on 10th August 2017 - 16:20pm

Ultra Finishing's owner has formed a new group under the name Roxor Group Limited to “encompass all of its subsidiary companies” including Ultra Finishing, BC Designs, Niko, Portabella Shaw and Shanghai PTB sanitaryware.

Fireclay Factory is also soon set to join the group, Roxor said, adding that the new group name “forms part of the company's strategy to bring coherence and connectivity to its many subsidiaries and brands”.

“The diversification of companies and brands, each reflecting their own product portfolios and service, demands a new corporate name to unify all subsidiary companies and sub-brands when referenced collectively,” said CEO Dave Cullen.

“Roxor Group Limited is the new name and we are excited to see this new top-line name take us forward to greater success,” he added. “With a high growth strategy and further product and services diversification planned the new name will be instrumental in communicating the exciting future ahead.”
