Croydex has appointed Andrew James as its new area sales manager, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with national trade accounts, independent merchants and showrooms in South Wales and the West Country.

According to Croydex, James brings with him three decades of experience, having held similar positions at RAK Ceramics, Phoenix Whirlpools and Uptrend Distribution.

“Andrew shares our passion for excellent service, building strong partnerships and delivering quality products,” said Croydex commercial director Jon Langford. “His extensive experience and trade insight will make a significant contribution to realising our vision for expansion and growth. We are delighted to welcome him to the team.”
