Croydex has appointed Andrew James as its new area sales manager, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with national trade accounts, independent merchants and showrooms in South Wales and the West Country.

According to Croydex, James brings with him three decades of experience, having held similar positions at RAK Ceramics, Phoenix Whirlpools and Uptrend Distribution.

“Andrew shares our passion for excellent service, building strong partnerships and delivering quality products,” said Croydex commercial director Jon Langford. “His extensive experience and trade insight will make a significant contribution to realising our vision for expansion and growth. We are delighted to welcome him to the team.”

James added: “Demand for simple and easy ways to update the bathroom continues to increase and merchants and professional installers are important sources of trusted help and advice. I look forward to working with trade partners in the coming months and to supporting them as we roll out a host of new and exciting additions to the catalogue.”
