TLW hires new customer service executive

Lighting distributor The Lightworks – TLW – has appointed Claire Dymyd as its new customer service executive.

Dymyd previously worked at Wilko Retail. In her new role, she will be responsible for further developing the brand's 'excellence in product and service' customer experience.

“Claire will provide invaluable support to our sales team on a daily basis and also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our valued customer services team,” said TLW managing director Jason Hughes.

“I’m very pleased to welcome Claire to the team at such an exciting time for the company and I’m sure she will quickly settle in to her role and prove to be a tremendous asset to TLW.”
