BSH opens new site with two factories in Poland

BSH has opened two new factories in Poland for the production of an additional two million appliances within laundry, cleaning, cooking and refrigeration as well as small home appliances at its new site in the city of Wroclaw.

According to BSH, a “three-digit million euros” investment is being made in the to new factories, which will mainly manufacture fridges, ovens and freezers intended for export, particularly to western Europe.

The company recently held the opening ceremony for its new Wroclaw site, with political and business figures in attendance alongside BSH employees from Poland and Germany, BSH chief marketing officer Matthias Ginthum and COO Michael Schöllhorn.
