By KBBDaily on 23rd November 2017 - 13:27pm

French kitchen manufacturer Mobalpa is celebrating its “industry-leading” training centre – which is based in France at the brand's head office – turning 30 this month.

According to Mobalpa, the training centre trains 600 people every year, providing the “specialist professional skills required to navigate the competitive and diverse kitchen industry”.

The centre comprises four training rooms, 30 computers and a 3,000sq m showroom, with five full-time members of staff and a panel of external trainers.

“As a brand, we pride ourselves on our training programmes,” said Mobalpa UK country manager Kyle Whittle. “We understand the importance of support and education to support the roll-out of our stores, ensuring all employees are experts within their field and feel empowered in their roles.

“Our UK franchisees actually undertake a seven week training programme in France. All attendees know the products and industry-specifics inside and out and are perfectly placed to help their customers.”
