Aqualisa goes live with new site

By KBBDaily on 18th October 2013 - 11:01am

Shower manufacturer Aqualisa says it has 'future-proofed' its online presence with a website upgrade designed to better engage its customers, both trade and consumer alike.

With bold categories labelled 'homeowners', 'installers' and 'trade partners' next to the site's masthead, Aqualisa says the new site has been created as an easily navigable and aesthetically pleasing resource for its clients.

“Our objective was to significantly improve our customers' online experiences of Aqualisa,” said web manager Katerina Vankova. “Those customers can be installers, retailers, designers or consumers – and while we understood the new website would need to deliver a different experience to different customer groups – we were determined to move away from being an online shop window to a site that our customers could regard as a genuinely informative, inspirational and interactive resource.”

Bold imagery rotates beneath the website's navigation bar, which has been made more prominent, while the product ranges, stockist list, technical help and customer service areas have been made more identifiable. “This new site is the result of many, many hours of development, but it is only the beginning,” Vankova continued.

“Ultimately, we intend to offer the best online resource of any shower manufacturer and this new site puts us well on the way to achieving that.”
