A group of employees from property developer Berkeley Homes is set to take on the gruelling Tough Mudder obstacle course to raise money for local hospice charity Ellenor, which provides support and care to people of all ages.

Dean Williams, Rob Worrall, Glenn Canderton, Lyndsey Helen, Sara Lawson, Wesley Godwin and Megan Hodges from Berkeley will take part in the five-mile, 13 obstacle course. The money they raise will be matched by Berkeley Homes and will go to the Berkeley Foundation, which will use the money to support Ellenor and four other charity partners including Shelter and Crisis.

“The whole team is looking forward to this challenge,” said Berkeley Homes technical director Dean Williams, who is taking part in the obstacle course.

“It will be good for team work but more importantly raise money for such a worthwhile charity. Sponsorship, no matter how small, goes such a long way in providing much needed care for families facing terminal illness.”
