Abode, the sinks and taps manufacturer, has expanded its Barnsley-based warehouse team and employed two new recruits, due to continued growth.

Carl Clarkson and Adam Johnsey join Abode as Warehouse Operatives following careers in Aldi, DHL and their own business, as the manufacturer’s product portfolio expands and the number of independent retailers selling the Abode brand increases.

The company has suggested it is committed to maintaining a fast turnaround on delivery, and the two new employees will give the warehouse team increased capacity in order to help the business maintain its overnight delivery service from Barnsley on stocked lines.
