Norwegian natural stone specialists, Lundhs Real Stone, has appointed a new Business Development Manager for the UK. Ben Ayling will join the company in this role in order to strengthen the company’s position in the UK work surfaces market, and support the overall growth of the business as it continues its global expansion.

Ayling has worked within the sales of natural stone and artificial materials to both the private and commercial sector, and brings 10 years of experience.

Lundhs’ Business Development Director, Marius Withbro-Svendsen, commented: “For the past five years, Lundhs has increased its distribution network in the UK and our brand Lundhs Real Stone is now available throughout the whole country. We are delighted to have Ben Ayling on board to help us grow the business and strengthen our position in the market.

“The UK is one of Europe’s biggest market for work surfaces. It is flooded with artificial materials, and our research shows that there is definitely a position in the market for a natural stone brand that combines Scandinavian aesthetics, practical benefits and full traceability from quarry to end user.”
