Fourth award win for Cavalier Bathrooms sales manager

8th January 2020 - 10:30am

A long-serving employee at a bathroom manufacturer has added to his hat-trick of awards with a Sales Person of the Year accolade at an internal awards ceremony.

Robert Stead, national sales manager at Aquadart, a Cavalier Bathrooms brand, picked up the award at the company’s annual review and sales meeting, for the fourth time in his 10 year career with the brand.

Having achieved 122% of his sales target, Robert was awarded the win in December for his work for Aquadart, Cavalier Bathrooms’ brand specialising in wet rooms and shower enclosures.

Of the win, Stead said: “I’m thrilled to have won the Sales Person of the Year award for Aqaudart – it’s been an absolute pleasure to see and help the brand grow over 10 years and we have great relationships with customers old and new, who have come to expect both a high level of service and product innovation from us. We have an excellent team and I’m looking forward to seeing where the next 10 years take us!”

Rob Harrison, managing director of Cavalier Bathrooms, said: “Robert works incredibly hard and having won the Sales Person of the Year three times previously, his sales targets continue to grow but he always exceeds the challenge! It’s been a great period of growth for Aquadart and much of that is thanks to Robert’s strategy and customer relationships; a fantastic way for him to celebrate 10 years with the company.”
