Kohler, the luxury lifestyle brand, has been awarded the contract to supply bathroom and kitchen products for the new Quintain Build to Rent development in Wembley Park. The development is set to offer 5000 apartments to rent across an 85-acre site, and over 4,200 bathrooms across the portfolio have been designed with high end Kohler products. A further 1,200 kitchens on site will use Kohler products, with the first properties arriving on the market in 2020. Wembley Park, due for completion in 2027, is the largest residential contract Kohler has secured in Europe. The residential buildings will all be managed by Tipi, Quintain’s wholly-owned lifestyle-focused rental brand.

Mary Kelly-Mannion, Head of Procurement for Quintain, said: “Kohler’s value of gracious living aligns with our vision of creating living spaces with a timeless, contemporary style. We are delighted with the team’s innovative product designs, which provide the ultimate luxurious experience. Working with Kohler has been a great experience because we have formed a partnership of mutual design understanding, allowing us to move the project in exactly the right direction.”

Jim Lewis, Vice President of Marketing, Kitchen and Bath Group at Kohler, said: “We are proud to partner with Quintain at Wembley Park. Kohler’s significant presence in the development is a result of global collaboration and expertise within our business from product design to manufacturing. We have appreciated the collaboration with Quintain and their design teams to bring the kitchen and bathroom designs to life with our innovative products.”

He added: “The user experience has been front of mind in the design process including statement kitchen taps, comfortable baths and refreshing showers. Our team has worked hard to offer products that will enhance residents’ daily routines while also making luxurious statements that embody the character of Wembley Park.”
