Hoover becomes Dancing on Ice’s new broadcast and digital sponsor

Hoover, a leading domestic appliance manufacturer, has signed a deal to become the broadcast and digital sponsor of the new series of Dancing on Ice, which airs exclusively on Virgin Media Television in Ireland.

The Dancing on Ice campaign follows Hoover's previous and 'significant' investment in the Irish market, and builds upon the brands sponsorship of This Morning in April 2019.

The creative, which features in each broadcast and logo branding on show promos, aims to endorse Hoovers brand values of performance, wellbeing and trustworthy products.The company is also being advertised digitally on pre-roll stings of all live streaming on the Virgin Media player, as well as all catch ups.

Antony Peart, director of brand and communications in the UK for Haier Europe, said: “We’re keen to build upon our previous TV advertising in Ireland in recent years and Dancing on Ice provides us with the perfect opportunity to communicate our headline Hoover products in the first quarter of 2020.

“Investment in the Irish market for a third year running shows the commitment we have to showcasing our product range and how they can impact our customers’ day-to-day lives.”
