The Used Kitchen Exchange (UKE), the pre-owned kitchen retailer and regeneration service, has received a Platinum Trusted Service award from Feefo, the customer review platform. The accolade, which recognises businesses for delivering ‘exceptional experiences,’ was awarded to the UKE based on the number of reviews and average rating it collected on Feefo’s review platform, which is used bymore than 3,500 brands including Next, Vauxhall, Iceland, Mazda, AND Expedia. The accreditation is based purely on the interactions with real customers, and is awarded only to businesses who have achieved Gold standard - collecting over 50 Feefo reviews and service rating of at least 4.5. - for three consecutive years.

Helen Lord, UKE Director and Founder commented: “We’re delighted to receive this award because it’s based on the feedback of real customers, who are the most important judges of all. We pride ourselves on being the best and delivering to high standards. It’s very gratifying to see consumers feel the same way. The award recognises how hard we work to give the kitchen industry an ethical and sustainable solution for a used kitchen that they can trust.

Recommending us to their customers to re-sell used kitchens is a big step, and knowing they can rely on us to provide the best possible experience this is an absolute must! Everyone at Used Kitchen Exchange is fully committed to the highest quality of service, so it’s important for us to listen, understand and respond to all our customers. The beauty of Feefo is that it enables us to consistently improve, so we’re looking forward to another successful year.”

Steph Heasman, Director of Customer Success at Feefo, commented: “The Trusted Service award has always been about recognising companies that go way beyond the norm in customer experience and generate great feedback from happy customers.
“This year we’ve been delighted to see so many companies using Feefo to provide outstandingly high levels of all-round service – it’s what Feefo is all about. We help our clients give their customers the best experiences possible. I’m confident we’ll see more success from businesses partnering with us throughout 2020.

“Feefo is all about powering up customer experience, which is why we have introduced our new Platinum category. Clients told us they want recognition for achieving our demanding Gold award standard over a longer period. Our new Platinum award is earned by companies that achieve a Gold rating in three consecutive years. It’s a tough challenge and very-well deserved by those that earn it.”
