Kitchen appliance brand Britannia Living has promoted sales and marketing director Chris Honer to the position of managing director.

Honer, who has been with the company for the last 18 months, has over 25 years' experience in the kitchen and bathroom industry, having been MD of distributor BCG and on the board of the Waterline Group and MWD.

Britannia Living, whose brands include Britannia, Bertazzoni and Best, was bought out of administration by Glen Dimplex Home Appliances in September.

"This is a significant time for the business," says Honer. "I am looking forward to managing the team to deliver some fantastic business results and continuing to help the Britannia brand."
