By KBBDaily on 20th March 2017 - 13:47pm

Wetroom manufacturer Impey has launched a new Royal Institute of British Architects – RIBA – continuing professional development – CPD – seminar on showering adaptations.

According to Impey, the new module – called 'Showering Adaptations: A Guide to Specifying Wetroom and Accessible Showering Equipment' – is aimed at architects and specifiers “keen to develop technical knowledge of bathroom adaptations and easy-access showering solutions”.

“Our new CPD seminar covers in detail the subjects of accessible showering and adapted showering and is designed to promote a greater understanding of the requirement for inclusive showering options in all environments,” said Impey specification manager James Walker.

The new CPD course covers the growth in the requirement for accessible showering; the benefits of wetrooms, level access and low-level access showering; and how to specify an adapted bathroom including safe showering and slip resistance.
