Cosentino UK is continuing its support of The Kitchen Education Trust – TKET – by awarding a 50% scholarship for the kitchen design foundation degree at Buckinghamshire New University to Dan Hughes, pictured, a designer at Cosentino elite studio Classic & Modern Kitchens.

Hughes has worked at the Caerphilly, Wales-based company since 2012. “I have worked in the kitchen industry for 14 years, but this is a great opportunity for me to expand my horizons and learn from industry professionals at the top of their game,” he said.

“I am hugely appreciative to Cosentino for its support, and I am looking forward to getting to grips with the various aspects of the course, which I will be able to apply to my work at Classic & Modern Kitchens.”

Cosentino UK area director Paul Gidley added: “At Cosentino, we are committed to supporting our industry and nurturing upcoming talent. We are delighted to be supporting TKET through the offer of a 50% scholarship on such a prestigious course, and we look forward to seeing more from Dan as he progresses through his studies.”
