Poggenpohl makes top five German luxury companies list

German kitchen manufacturer Poggenpohl has come in at fourth place in a list of the top 50 German luxury companies, which were chosen by “luxury producers” from a list of 100 brands compiled by EY, Inlux and Keylens.

Companies are ranked by performance, digitalisation, innovation, sustainability and customer centricity, as well as the new criteria of customer perception.

“We are thrilled to be among the top five German luxury companies and see this ranking as validation of our brand strategy,” said Poggenpohl CEO Gernot Mang.

“Our claim is to constantly rethink the kitchen by focusing on people and their diverse needs. It is also very important to us to meet our international customers’ personal requirements.”

According to Poggenpohl, recent analysis from EY found that the German luxury market is going to increase from €65bn to €88.7bn by 2025, with interior design and kitchens playing an “important part” in the market’s growth.
