Shower enclosure manufacturer Lakes has appointed Beccy Ashmore as its new sales admin manager, with Ashmore based at the company’s head office in Tewkesbury.

In her new role, Ashmore will oversee the internal sales team as well as the sales admin office and external sales team to ensure “smooth and efficient communications between customers”.

According to Lakes, Ashmore has 14 years of management experience. “I’m excited about my new role and the value I can add to the business,” she said. “Lakes has a great culture and working environment, and being part of the team is like having a second family.

“We build real connections with each other and our customers, which is why Lakes is renowned for delivering the best in quality products and service.”

Sales and marketing director Mike Tattam added: “We’re thrilled with Beccy’s appointment so we continue to deliver the high levels of service our customers have come to expect.

“I’m confident that with Beccy on board we will build on existing strengths and maintain our long-standing lead in service excellence.”
