Hansgrohe Group – the owner of the Axor and Hansgrohe brands – has named Giles Owen as its new operations director for its UK business.

Owen is joining the business from kitchen and bathroom manufacturer Bristan, where he held the role of customer service head for four years. He has also previously held roles at BT, Carphone Warehouse, My Travel and Thomas Cook.

Owen – who will join the company in mid November – will be responsible for customer service and logistics at the company.

“Bringing an excellent insight into the UK bathroom market, Giles will be an invaluable asset, along with his passion for driving an enhanced customer experience,” said Hansgrohe Group managing director Martin Mongan.
