Sirius Buying Group has celebrated the success of the 2018 edition of its annual VIP members trade show, which took place at the end of September at the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel & Country Club in Warwickshire.

According to the appliance buying group, levels of attendance and business taken at the event reached “record highs”, with more than 300 manufacturers, distributors, retailers and installers attending the show.

Sirius hosted both new and existing approved suppliers at the show, including Rangemaster, CDA, Glen Dimplex Home Appliances, Hoover Candy Group, Liebherr, Samsung, Smeg, RKW, Gorenje, Whirlpool, Caple and Symphony.

“Our trade show has become a prerequisite for success amongst the electrical retail industry, confidently providing an exclusive resource to fundamentally increase business growth and establish a return-on-relationship mentality where loyalty and recommendations are standard fare,” said Sirius commercial director Steve Jones.

“As a buying group we want to create a sustainable level of dynamic market resilience to ensure we retain our high calibre of retail opportunities and continue to provide our approved members with invaluable new routes to market for your business and finances; as well as gain other vital supportive services.”
