MHK Group – a German buying and marketing group for owner-managed kitchen retailers that entered the UK market earlier this year – will be exhibiting at LivingKitchen 2019, taking place on the 14th-20th January 2019 in Cologne.

The group will be showcasing its products on a 432sq m stand at the show, and will be unveiling an “industry first” from its kitchen planning software Carat, which will have its own separate booth.

The new Carat Virtual Reality technology will offer “kitchen consultants the ability to virtually immerse customers in the planning process” and will allow retailers to show its customers a virtual reality rendering of a kitchen in real time.

The group is also partnering with chef Christian Mittermeier, pictured, for the show. Mittermeier will be holding live cooking demonstrations on the MHK stand. “MHK has been a key participant and supporter of the IMM in Cologne for many years,” said MHK board member Kirk Mangels.

“Our founder and CEO Mr Strothoff was a leading figure in promoting LivingKitchen as the leading German kitchen show together with Mr Böse from the IMM. Today MHK is still key supporter of the fair and we look forward to meeting with retailers at the exhibition to show them the many benefits of being a member.”
