Shower company Merlyn has taken home the Neville Lumb Supplier of the Year award at the sanitaryware supplier’s annual conference, which took place at the end of November.

The award was chosen by a voting process among the staff of Neville Lumb’s Barking and Swadlincote branches, including the external specification teams and operational personnel.

According to Merlyn, it won the award due to “phenomenal year-on-year growth” and its successful partnership with Neville Lumb during 2018. “Of particular note was the direct support levels given by Merlyn to Neville Lumb clients,” the company added.

“To win this prestigious award with 24 other suppliers in contention is testament to the product development, customer service and after sales care the Merlyn is renowned for,” said Merlyn London specification sales manager Daniel Batchford, who was presented the award by Neville Lumb brand director Brad Moore.

I was delighted to accept the award on behalf of the team – we are looking forward to working with our colleagues at Neville Lumb in 2019.”
