BSH Home Appliances – the manufacturer of Bosch, Neff, Siemens and Gaggenau – has been recognised as a top employer for 2019 by the Top Employers Institute, marking the fourth year the company has received the status.

Companies that are rewarded top employer status go through a “rigorous analysis” of its human resources management and employee conditions, BSH said, adding that it also required to take part in a Best Practice Survey covering people development and career and performance management.

“We are delighted to have been recognised for the fourth year running as a Top Employer,” said BSH Home Appliances CEO Andreas Meier, pictured. “In 2016, we were the first company in our industry in the UK to hold this certificate, and we’re now the first in the industry to hold the title for four consecutive years.”

BSH Home Appliances CFO Ting Mensing added: “The training and development of employees is a key focus for us at BSH, from initial recruitment to career development, so they can continually progress within the organisation, both professionally and personally.”
