Smart Systems – a pricing and business management system producer owned by CAD software developer ArtiCAD – has hired Hamish Glancy as its new junior support technician.

Glancy has joined the company with a degree in computer science from the University of Hertfordshire. In his new role, he will be responsible for front-line customer care.

He will also be involved in formatting price lists from suppliers to ensure that clients have access to the most up-to-date versions, Smart Systems added.

Smart Systems was acquired by ArtiCAD in 2016. Its products include CRM/ERP business management software KBBSmart, supplier pricing management software KBBLink, and online quotation and real-time pricing software KBBConnect.
