Rugby-based furniture fittings manufacturer Häfele UK has named Natalie Davenport as its new head of marketing.

Davenport has joined the company following a four-year stint running her own consultancy firm. She has more than 20 years of building industry experience, having spent seven years in senior positions at Saint-Gobain, most recently as head of marketing communications at British Gypsum.

In her new role, she will head up a team of 20 and oversee every element of Häfele UK’s marketing activity. “I am delighted to be joining such a highly-regarded company," Davenport said.

“My passion is two-fold: to demonstrate that marketing can impact a company’s bottom line by putting the customer at the heart of the business, and to continue supporting my team’s professional development.”

Davenport added: “I’m fortunate to be joining a company that shares this ethos and look forward to playing a part in its continued success.”
