Bathroom manufacturer Roca has collaborated with design firm Leisure Concepts to create bathrooms for several properties in the new Signature Senior Living Care Homes developments in Reigate and Bushey.

The luxury care homes provide residential and nursing care alongside a specialist dementia area. The Reigate Grange and Elton House developments feature studio and one-bedroom apartments as well as a café, dining facilities, activity areas, spa and therapy rooms, cinemas and gardens.

Roca provided its Laura wall-hung WC with soft close seat, Nexo asymmetrical basin, Meridian compact wash basin, Senso semi-recessed basins, Foro in-countertop basins and Thesis mixer taps for the two new developments.

The company has been working with Leisure Concepts for more than a decade and is currently working on seven Signature Care Home developments. “Our aim with all the Signature Care Homes we work on is to provide an environment that has a homely feel and not a clinical one,” said Leisure Concepts designer Sue Dee.

“The reason we selected Roca for these projects is because they do not just offer the industry standard and the products do not feel institutional. The solutions we have specified are mainstream and could be found in a boutique hotel not a hospital.”
