Lancashire-based bath manufacturer Design & Form – the owner of retail brand Cabuchon Bathforms – has appointed Jordan Petts as its new group sales manager.

Petts was previously the company’s marketing support manager, where he provided customer support for both Design & Form and Cabuchon Bathforms.

“This promotion recognises Jordan's outstanding contribution over recent years,” said managing director Tony Pontin. “During his time with us, Design & Form has developed new domestic and international markets, and we've enlarged both our premises and our workforce. His new title recognises his role in this continuing expansion.

“Jordan joined as a customer service apprentice in July 2012 and, since then, his attitude towards customer care has always been exemplary,” Pontin added. “He has become a key contact for both domestic and business customers, and it seemed only right to acknowledge this with a promotion.”
