Fitted furniture manufacturer Symphony Group has received the Best Service Provider Award from longstanding customer Barratt Development following “close monitoring of supplier scores awarded” throughout the 2018/2019 period.

The award is designed to recognise “consistently high levels of service” across design, manufacturing, delivery, installation and after-sales service, which are scored by Barratt and David Wilson’s regional teams based on certain criteria.

Symphony said it won the award due to its “exceptional working practices, focused approach and high standards in developing key relationships, as well as delivering consistently on every project”.

“Such recognition by a national developer only comes because of the hard work and dedication across all departments at Symphony and we’re so pleased to have received such an award,” said Symphony national housebuilders relationship manager Adrian Oyston.

“We value our partners and pride ourselves in delivering the highest standard in all our projects,” Oyston added. “We always take a proactive approach and look forward to continuing our joint success with Barratt.”
