Both graduates, Rullay has a degree in product design from the University of Wolverhampton, while Mills completed a degree in fashion business and promotion at Birmingham City University.

“With such a competitive marketplace, we have to maintain the pedigree of our workforce and through strategic appointments like Suraj and Rebecca, we will elevate our creative edge and amplify the promotion of both brand and products,” said sales director Steve Birch.

“We are really pleased to welcome Suraj and Rebecca to the Vogue family, helping us to maintain and improve our quality design excellence and develop new sales and marketing strategies to grow our brand and build on three decades of success.”
