Bushboard’s solid core Evolve worktop in Luna has been featured in an episode of BBC Two series Your Home Made Perfect after being chosen by homeowners Andy and Esther for their new kitchen diner extension.

The property makeover show, presented by Angela Scanlon, sees architects Laura Jane Clark and Robert Jamison “transform ordinary homes into extraordinary ones”, with homeowners shown their home makeover options with virtual reality.

“The Your Home Made Perfect scheme for Andy and Esther’s home is delightfully spacious and light, and needed a perfect white worktop to compliment the look,” said Bushboard graphic design and PR manager Hannah Abbott. “Evolve, being a solid core 100% waterproof product, will look great and last for many years to come.”

The show’s build project manager, interior designer Sian Astley, added: “The architect’s design for the interior was crisp and elegantly simple, using minimal colour and warm wood. Our homeowners were very attracted to the easy clean qualities of Evolve and its slim, sleek lines. The Luna colourway worked fabulously with the subtle, understated scheme at the core of the project’s design.”
