Doncaster-based LED lighting manufacturer The Lightworks – TLW – has appointed Marcel Ashmore as its new business development manager.

Ashmore has joined the company with several years of sales experience within the care products business. “I am very passionate about helping people,” Ashmore said.

“My previous role involved working around hospices and neurological centres advising them on which pressure care products were most suitable. This meant I was able to change lives.”

Ashmore added: “I will bring my enthusiasm for helping to this role as I work to become a key contact for training, support and knowledge for all my new customers.

“I absolutely love selling lighting and really enjoy giving people the ability to massively improve the look of spaces where people spend most of their lives.”
