Grimsby-based wall and shower panel supplier Mermaid Panels has received the New Supplier of the Year award from merchant buying group PHG at its annual Supper Awards.

“The Mermaid offer gives our members a terrific sales opportunity – an alternative to ceramic tiling, and a product that’s easy to work with, profitable and looks fantastic,” said PHG bathroom category leader Matthew Harrison.

“The reassurance of a no-quibble 15-year warranty and great customer service is always important – this award is very well deserved.”

Mermaid Panels commercial manager Keely Greenhalgh added: “PHG is an expert and valuable route to market for Mermaid. We work very hard to provide the best possible customer experience so receiving this kind of recognition is really wonderful.”
