Doncaster-based LED lighting manufacturer The Lightworks – TLW – has promoted Claire Dymyd to the role of customer service and account manager.

Dymyd was previously customer service executive at the company, having joined TLW in 2017. In her new role, she will be taking on more accounts, TLW said.

“I love my customer service role and I strive to answer customer’s queries in the first call,” Dymyd said. “I’m now looking forward to taking this one step further.

“Having had regular conversations with most of our customers I have already built relationships with them and am excited to be more hands on with the management and care of each of my accounts.”

TLW managing director Jason Hughes added: “Claire has shown a fantastic eye for detail and has expressed that she takes great satisfaction in seeing the difference and enhancement that TLW products makes to a space.

“We are pleased that she can now take her skill set to the next level and bring her expertise and enthusiasm to her own accounts.”
