The winner of Super Fridge – the addictive game from award-winning news site – has been revealed, with player aelms taking home the grand prize with a phenomenal score of 8,084. partnered with Hotpoint for its first online game, with the brand offering up a fantastic prize to the player with the highest score by the 31st May 2019. Thanks to their incredible final score, player aelms has won a Hotpoint H7T 911A KS H AQUA fridge-freezer in a cool Black Inox finish.

With more than 110,000 game plays by the end of the competition, Super Fridge got the whole of the KBB industry talking, competing, and combining skill to see who would come out on top. Runners-up chambler and lucymajor also put in some serious hours to reach impressive scores of 7,590 and 6,324, respectively.

“It was great to work with for the launch of its Super Fridge game,” Hotpoint said. “We loved seeing the Hotpoint Class 7 fridge-freezer (H7T 911A KS H) incorporated into the game; it is a really fun way to showcase a product.

“To celebrate the launch of the game, Hotpoint offered a fridge-freezer as a prize to the user with the highest score. Super Fridge is highly addictive and if beating your colleagues’ high scores wasn’t an incentive enough to play, then we’re sure the prize would have been!”

The brand added: “The game is a great way to spend a lunch time and we’re sure the taps of keyboards in the KBB industry won’t be stopping any time soon.”

While you can no longer compete for the chance to win a Hotpoint fridge-freezer, Super Fridge is still available to play at
