The year has got off to a flying start for Kaldewei: the leading expert for floor-level showers has scooped an amazing three prestigious design awards for Nexsys, for its extraordinary aesthetic and innovation – the first enamelled shower surface with waste channel.

Following two Iconic Awards last year, Kaldewei Nexsys has now received the Good Design Award 2019, the iF Design Award 2019 and the German Design Award 2019.

Kaldewei Nexsys combines the best of both worlds – all the advantages of an enamelled, jointless shower surface and the modern design of a channel shower. The shower surface colour, made of Kaldewei steel enamel, can be adapted to suit any given floor thanks to a large selection of bathroom colours and the exclusive matt shades from Kaldewei’s Coordinated Colours Collection.

Nexsys, in its popular XXL sizes, integrates into the grid of high-end floor tiles, allowing the shower to merge seamlessly with the tiles and vice versa, so that the function is not immediately apparent at first glance.

Following the recent customising options showcased at ISH, Nexsys is now available in 17 colours, 20 different sizes and with 3 finishes.

The visual highlight of Nexsys – the design cover – allows architects and builders five different colours to choose from; as well as brushed stainless steel, the cover is available in polished stainless steel, polished gold, brushed rose gold and alpine white.

All Kaldewei steel enamel bathroom solutions are 100% recyclable and are supplied with a 30-year guarantee.
