Tile and stone distributor Verona Group has been named in the Yorkshire’s Fastest 50 list for the second year running, which the company said is “testament to its rapid growth over the past four years”.

The list recognises Yorkshire-based businesses that have consistently grown their revenue while remaining profitable, Verona said. The company rose from 26th place in 2018 to 22nd place in 2019, and also placed seventh in the medium-sized business category.

“Winning an award is always a pleasure for the whole business, but to see Verona moving up this list of prestigious Yorkshire-based companies is a real highlight,” said Verona marketing director Katy Harris.

“The business has an ambitious plan for the future that will see us reinvest across the business in order to develop our product and service offering, continuing our strong foothold within the sector. A big well done goes to all the team at Verona who make this happen, and thanks to all our valued customers for their continued support.”
