Slovenian-based home electronics manufacturer, Gorenje, has announced Lisa Davidson as its new senior national account manager.

She will be based at their Leeds headquarters, and the hiring comes after the company was acquired by multinational major appliance and electronics manufacturer Hisense in 2018.

Lisa’s previous experience includes four years at domestic appliance manufacturer Miele, where she worked as a national account manager. She brings with her a wealth of experience in selling premium white goods to major UK retailers.

Speaking of her appointment, Lisa said: “I’m excited to work with the Gorenje teams to bring the brand to the fore on the UK market and share this with our key partners.

“I believe that there is a gap in the appliance market for premium, design and feature-led brands and I’m confident that Gorenje will continue to develop and grow into a major player in the UK appliance market.”
