British bespoke kitchen maker Roundhouse has collaborated with Mimo London for a “new, exciting project” that sees the cookery school bring its Basque heritage from its hometown of San Sebastián to central London.

Roundhouse has designed Mimo London’s new communal cooking and dining space, where the school will be holding lessons on the history and practice of traditional pintxos, hands-on cooking classes, market tours and chef’s table dinners.

Roundhouse partnered with Caesarstone to provide worktops for the space, and with Gaggenau for the appliances. As part of the collaboration with Mimo, Roundhouse can offer its clients exclusively culinary experiences at the cookery school, as well as further discounts on dining experiences.

“We are thrilled to work with Mimo and inspired by the stunning architecture and history of this beautiful building at the heart of Borough Market,” said Roundhouse design development head Victoria Marriott.

Roundhouse Design managing director Craig Matson added: “Mimo is the perfect fit for us; they embody the same passionate creativity that we do.”
