Appliance brand Gaggenau has extended its partnership with Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, the luxury hotel and cookery school in Oxfordshire owned by chef Raymond Blanc.

The school is fitted out with Gaggenau’s 400 series cooktops, including the full surface induction cooktop and induction wok. As part of the partnership extension, Gaggenau has also provided its vacuum drawers, used with the combi-steam ovens from the 400 series.

“We’re extremely pleased to be continuing our partnership with Raymond Blanc and Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons,” said Gaggenau UK director Stephen Brownless. “At Gaggenau we produce luxury appliances that are not only suitable for top quality, professional kitchens, but are also equally at home in domestic kitchens.

“This extension is testament to the quality of our appliances and we’re looking forward to working with Le Manoir for many years to come.”
