Bathroom distributor Ideal Bathrooms has carried out a number of updates on its trade website to “enrich its customers’ digital experience” by offering several new online features for retailers.

The company said the revamped website will boost awareness of bathroom retailers as well as make the order and tracking processes “simple and efficient”.

Retailers can build a showroom profile on the side to display opening hours, services and brands on offer, while the site’s stock check tool lets retailers see which products are available to order.

Ideal Bathrooms said the quick order form has “proven popular” with more than 18,000 purchases processed. The site offers information on more than 20,000 products.

“We understand how important it is for our customers to be able to place and track orders any time, anywhere and that’s why we’ve invested in our trade website,” said commercial director Danielle Lillis.

“Bathroom retailers are extremely busy, and they often require information out of business opening hours, that’s why we have developed these easy-to-use features, including quick access to invoices, and the website also highlights product promotions to ensure they don’t miss out on a brilliant deal.”
