West Sussex-based plumbing, heating and bathroom group The IPG has teamed up with three of its members – Newline Plumbing & Heating Supplies, Plumb Inn, and Gas & Plumb Bits – to open its first flagship stores in the UK.

The first of the three new stores is based in Kingswinford, in partnership with Newline Plumbing & Heating Supplies. The IPG said it worked closely with the company to “completely relaunch the store, looking at everything from store layout optimisation to new store fascias”.

“Today marks a milestone for Newline,” said owner Steve Kendrick. “I believe the future will be as strong as the foundation our partnership has been built on and I am excited for the times ahead.

“With the IPGs support, we have a store and a new website that we can be very proud of. We understand that an online presence is an important part of the customer experience today and our new store and website presents us in a professional way.”

Newline will be revealing its new store at the end of August, with the Mayor of Dudley and On The Tools CEO Lee Wilcox in attendance alongside key suppliers, customers and press. The company will be holding special offers and giving out goodie bags over its opening weekend.
