Franke UK has added a new product registration page to its website to “enhance its aftersales support”, currently available for its Vital Capsule filter tap with plans to roll out product registration for other product categories in the coming month.

The company said customers who register details of their Vital Capsule filter tap purchase will validate their warranty as well as receive email reminders when their filter cartridge is due to be replaced, and will also be sent a “stylish” 750ml refillable water bottle.

Franke will be sending its retailers who had an old Refill Not Landfill A4 strut card, or who have purchased a Vital tap for display, a new Vital A4 strut card to display in their showroom.

“The new product registration page reflects our commitment to providing our customers with the very best aftersales service,” said Franke UK communications manager Jeanette Ward.

“Not only is it an easy way for customers to validate their warranty, they will benefit from useful email reminders and will receive a free refill bottle which supports our Refill Not Landfill campaign.”

Franke launched its Refill Not Landfill campaign in April last year, designed to contribute greater awareness of the need to reduce the use of plastic water bottles in everyday life.
