Kitchen components manufacturer and distributor Uform has appointed Kelly Mitchell, pictured left, and Julie Sturges, right, as its new area sales managers for South Central England and East Anglia, respectively, as part of a boost for its UK sales team.

Mitchell has a wealth of experience in the construction industry, Uform said, having previously worked on prestigious sites such as 20 Fenchurch Street, Heathrow Terminal 2 and the Francis Crick Institute. He most recently worked as a key account manager at cleaning chemical maker Diversey.

Sturges has previously worked as an area account manager for Northampton-based independent office supplier Bluefish Office Products Ltd. She has also worked in the fashion watch and jewellery industry within sales, visual merchandising and training roles.

“We’re delighted to welcome Kelly and Julie to our growing team,” said Uform UK national sales manager Stace Alibone. “We have a very clear growth strategy for the UK market and by increasing our sales team further, this will allow for a very focussed approach on ensuring our customers are provided with a premium buying experience.

“It comes back to our simple company vision of making it easy for retailers to create and deliver the heart of any home. We have every confidence in Kelly and Julie and we’re looking forward to another exciting phase of growth.”
