Shower manufacturer Aqualisa has launched its new Installer Club, which it said will “instantly earn plumbers and shower installers rewards for their loyalty”.

Installer Club members will gain access to a priority installer hotline for “on-the-spot support”, fast-tracked entry to training courses and enhanced business listings on Aqualisa’s ‘Find an Installer’ website section.

Loyalty programme members will also receive a free online profile and personal account, giveaways of Aqualisa merchandise, and “advice and tips to help grow your business”.

The point-based loyalty programme allows installers to earn points each time they install a shower and log them using the online portal. Installers can choose from three membership tiers – namely bronze, silver and gold – reflecting different levels of activity.

Aqualisa is also offering new members 2,000 points for signing up. “We are proud of the installers that fit our showers and represent our brand,” said Aqualisa channel marketing head Sian Brink.

“The new and improved club will ensure our installer community is being recognised for their hard work. Fitting showers are a part of their everyday job, so we want to provide them with the chance to earn points and gain rewards at the same time.”
