The winners were announced at a black-tie ceremony at Wembley Stadium, marking the 10th anniversary of The CX Awards.
Emma Cuggy, customer and employee experience manager at HiB said: “This is our very first year entering The CX Awards, and we are absolutely delighted to be recognised for our employee engagement strategy. HiB prides itself on providing the best possible experience to employees, and this accolade highlights all the work which goes into maintaining that.
“Creating a positive working environment relies upon every member of staff, both in the CX team and beyond, making a difference each day, so I would like to thank the entire HiB community for helping us to achieve this prestigious award.”
