At O&S Doors, we remain committed to the health and safety of our employees, whilst also doing all we can to help support our customers during these challenging times. In an effort to begin the safe transition back to normal operations we have begun to re-open our production and trade counter facilities on a gradual, step by step basis.

On Monday the 27th April we re-opened our Trade Counters on a temporary limited basis, to offer a ‘Click and Collect’ service for stock items and current completed orders. Our Customer Services Team where also back on call to answer any queries and provide help and advice on placing new orders. Along with putting extra measures in place to ensure our staff could work safely, we also decided to begin operations with a reduced, skeleton team.

As one of the leading suppliers of Kitchen Doors throughout the UK and Ireland, we are fortunate enough to be able to offer extensive and strong levels of Ex.Stock products to our customers. This has allowed us to support our customers when needed in the absence of a full operational production service.

That being said, we’re happy to now confirm that production and distribution of new and scheduled MTM orders will re-commence from the 4th May. But as ever, our primary focus will continue to be the health and wellbeing of our people, that’s why we will continue to work with a reduced, workforce as we progress forward.
