The training sessions have been designed to suit the schedules of retailers and merchants at a time where accessing in-person training is more difficult.

Kitchen designers have the choice of the Linear, Gallery or Milano brand training sessions and each will include newly launched products and accessories.

Emma Banks, Training Manager at Symphony, says ‘Each course is broken down into two hour-long live online sessions. The courses are very interactive and use a range of methods to help designers learn about the technical aspects and benefits of the products. Each session is ideal for new starters or people with more experience, and individual sessions can be tailored to individual retailers’ needs as required.’

Chloe Degiorgio, from Anglesos Interiors says ‘I attended the online training course for Milano and Linear to say the training was helpful is an understatement. I’m new to the kitchen showroom industry and have been winging it since January I was just starting to get the hang of it and lockdown happened! Thankfully I was able to complete the online training with Emma, I have learnt so much and have a newfound confidence when dealing with customers and explaining the different ranges and price bands!’
