Walters said: “I am incredibly proud that installations are acknowledged within such an industry event. It has been a tough year for installations with high profile retail collapse and the skills gap crisis worsening, so to be able to celebrate the successes is as an important part for us, as indeed recognising some of the challenges that our people face”.

Walters added: “I could not be happier for this particular winner as this is a victory for the small guy. Billy isn’t a big corporate business but instead represents the SME, unarguably part of Great Britain’s economic backbone. A hard working, micro business contributing to the overall success of our industry, representing us all on the front line in our customer’s homes. Whilst micro in comparison to most of the other businesses represented here today, it’s businesses like Billy’s that allow us to deliver great products and experience to our customers. So from me and my team I’d like to thank Billy and other Billys for everything they do for us”.
