BSH breaks ground on new warehouse and customer service centre
“This new site is a significant investment for the company" said BSH CEO Andreas Meier.

BSH Home Appliances has broken ground on its new custom-built warehouse and customer service centre on Midlands Logistics Park near Corby in Northamptonshire, expected to be operational from February next year.
The 945,000sq ft development – more than double the size of BSH’s current site in Kettering – will include a new central customer hub – CCH – with the “largest footprint of any warehouse to be built in the UK in the past five years”.

BSH’s consumer contact centre and customer service division will relocate from Kettering to the new site, which is expected to house around 400 staff in a “variety of roles”. Specifications for the development include a 15m clear height and facilities to accommodate specialist vehicle loading equipment, lighting and communication.
“We’re extremely pleased to see construction underway on our new CCH in Corby,” said BSH CEO Andreas Meier. “Once complete, the new office and warehouse will give us a state-of-the-art facility to significantly enhance our logistics services and our well-recognised customer service we currently provide.
“This new site is a significant investment for the company and demonstrates our commitment to a successful future for BSH in UK and Ireland. We’re looking forward to seeing the development fully operational next year.”
