CDUK and five key fabricators supply hygienic Corian wash stations to NHS Nightingale hospitals
‘We are honoured to be able to contribute in this way,’ commented CDUK Sales Director Andy Noble

Over the last couple of weeks, UK & Ireland Corian distributor CDUK and five key fabricator partners have supplied 450 basin tops for the London, Birmingham and Manchester NHS Nightingale temporary hospitals.
The basin tops are being fitted onto mobile hand-washing stations which have been designed, developed and built by Corian fabricator WorkSpace, and have been created especially to support the NHS.

‘We are honoured to be able to contribute in this way,’ says CDUK Sales Director Andy Noble. ‘Those who are able to continue their work to rapidly supply and support the NHS like this, despite their own family concerns, are making this family company very proud.’
The Corian® Solid Surface has been used because it is completely non-porous and highly-resistant. Prior to the outbreak of COVID-19, it has been widely specified in healthcare environments for both its hygienic properties and its flexibility in adapting to any kind of design.
‘We have been the distributor of this widely useful material for over 40 years, building up a highly-skilled and efficient network, but never have we felt as though we had more to offer with our services’ added Noble.
